To ensure exemplary transparency, this company has not yet been legally incorporated, as we are seeking for Sistema B certification. Sistema B proposal points to an economy that can create value for our civilization and our planet by promoting forms of economic organization that can be measured by the simultaneous well-being of people, societies and the Earth and with short and long-term considerations.
Our business is the operation and maintenance of Wellbeing Ecosystems under our PATENT the Universal Basic Employment and the UBe / GEN-TAX economic exchange system.
I am NOT requesting any investment at this point. Any change will be notified simultaneously through social networks and official channels of this project.
Start with the investment to become a shareholder (BOARD) and develop the executive project of the business model, and then, raise the funds through equity investors.
Investment logistics: It begins with the issuance of a letter of commitment from the interested investor specifying the amount to invest ($100,000.USD). By raising the necessary amount to start the first stage of development (executive project), our future partners, together with the company management, will meet in order to sign the documentation together with the investment fund procurement agenda to finally become shareholders of the company eQuidad (Terms of the company).
