Israel Emilio Letayf Pérez (hereinafter “equidadporsalud”), In accordance with the Federal Law on Personal Data Protection Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP), approved by the Congress of the Union of Mexico on April 27, 2010, which objective to regulate the right to informative self-determination, informs Users of the website www.equidadporsalud.com (hereinafter, the Page), of the Privacy Policy that equidadporsalud shall apply when processing personal data voluntarily provided by Users to access equidadporsalud web pages, apps and any other digital or electronic platform. Furthermore, this Policy shall apply to personal data collected from Users on equidadporsalud social media based on the relationship there between.
equidadporsalud informs Users of the Web Site that their personal data shall only be obtained for processing when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and the specific, express and legitimate purposes for which they have been obtained. equidadporsalud is committed to complying with the Data Protection legislation in force at all times.
